REQUIREMENTS: We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, customer focused, driven individual to join our Group Aftersales Team as Business Development Executive. Working alongside our Group Aftersales Manager you will identify new Parts customers to develop and increase turnover/profit in current customers. You will be confident and well able to establish and develop new customer relationships as well as maintain regular and effective contact with existing, key customers. You will trouble shoot and quickly identify potential issues in order to resolve before they become a problem. Working with the Service Teams you will identify and liaise with customers to create bespoke Service & Maintenance packages for their fleet vehicles. You will monitor trends and customer spend in order to target effectively and create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business. You will also work with our Trade Team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent customer service.
